In addition to our standard warranty, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with the product, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days. The goods must be returned to us undamaged and in original condition within 28 days. The refund will only be issued for the amount of the purchased goods and will not include shipping costs. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel the order by giving notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returned goods must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging (which shall not be defaced or damaged) complete with accessories, manuals and documentation. Except in the case of faulty goods, returned items not complying with these requirements will be rejected. No refund will be made unless the Goods are returned physically undamaged, unmarked and properly packaged. The Seller does not accept liability for Goods damaged in transit while being returned, so please return using an insured delivery service.
